As a first time home buyer I was wary of realtors due to past negative experiences with realtors that I’ve seen/experienced but Jacob completely won me over. First of all I work nights and he worked around my schedule every time and responded very fast. He communicated on my behalf on everything that he could to make things easier for me which helped a lot, as well as scheduling the needed appointments for appraisals etc. He is very knowledgeable on various inspections and things to ask for when making an offer and if there was anything he didn’t know he was honest about it and would find an answer for me and let me know promptly. He also recommended a fantastic lender that helped me get a much better rate. He even sent me reminders to keep me on track! He is a fantastic realtor and will work hard to get you in your dream home, especially for the first time home buyers. He will make the process so smooth. Don’t hesitate!

Jacob was the most enthusiastic realtor that I have ever used. I felt like he cared as much about selling my house as I did. He was good at communicating, helpful, and very persuasive with clients, a good at negotiating too!

Can't say enough great things about Jeff Koegler!! He recently helped us buy a house. We were brand new to Portland and he not only helped us find an amazing house to live in, but also drove us around and helped us get oriented to the city (most importantly showed us the best restaurants to eat at). He quickly felt more like a friend than a realtor. We must have looked at 30 houses together, and he never made us feel rushed or pressured. It was clear that he genuinely wanted what was best for us. He is very patient and thorough. He takes the time to get to know your likes and dislikes, and vet houses for you in advance, so that he can show you the right product and not waste any of your time. I'd use Jeff again in a heartbeat.

She is extremely responsive and we were never left to wonder when we would hear back. If Jennifer wasn’t able to answer our question immediately, she would status us and then get back to us as quickly as possible.
